Designing for education required a new mindset. Unlike lifestyle or brand projects, education design carries both trust and clarity at its core. The challenge was to create a visual identity that felt intellectual, professional, and human, something that could speak to both students and parents.
Whetstone Education was built around clarity and modern academics. This guided every design decision, from the clean geometry of the logo to the structured layout of the website and ebooks. The goal was to communicate credibility and focus without feeling rigid or corporate.
From logo design to typography and color palette, I approached Whetstone with a balance of sophistication and clarity. The website and digital materials are designed with an intuitive hierarchy, ensuring that complex information felt accessible and engaging.

Designed for a jump-rope academy in Jeju Island, South Korea, Jump O’ Clock captures energy and motion through a playful yet refined visual identity. Created early in my design journey, the logo was later featured across the academy’s branded merchandise, from apparel to everyday items.
2020
ARIA: from the Italian word for air, captures the essence of lightness, refinement, and flow. The visual language draws from Paul Smith’s signature stripes, translating flavor into geometry and rhythm. Each variant becomes a composition of color and form, curated palettes that embody taste through visual balance.
